1. Data Storage and Encryption By registering with our website, you acknowledge that only your display name and email address are stored in plain text for account management purposes. All other personal information—including your self-provided descriptions, lifestyle details, web store preferences, and browsing activities—is securely stored as encrypted data within a private vault. We utilize zero-knowledge encryption, which means your personal password acts as the sole encryption key. We do not store your password, meaning neither we nor any unauthorized parties can access your protected data.

2. Data Usage and Ephemeral AI Agents When you initiate a shopping search, you will be prompted to provide your password to decrypt your profile. This decrypted data is temporarily securely handed over to an ephemeral AI agent so it can act as your anonymous proxy and select the right products for your specific needs. We employ a "Zero-Trace" architecture, guaranteeing that none of your decrypted data will ever be written to a permanent data store. Once the AI agent completes its task and delivers your recommendations, it undergoes "Total Termination" or "Digital Amnesia," meaning the agent and all temporary data are completely and permanently erased.

3. Beta Phase and Potential Data Loss Please note that Pershop AI is currently in its beta phase. As we continue our future development, we may need to implement data structure changes that are not backwards compatible. Because we do not have your password and cannot decrypt your personal data for migration, these systemic updates could result in loss of your saved data. In the event that your data is deleted during these updates, you are welcome to simply re-register and recreate your profile.
